Three Star Holidays
A lot of travellers and holidaymakers choose to stay in a three star hotel as they represent such good value for money. Three star hotels are located all over the world in city centres, by the beach or in more rural locations. They could be new hotels built to a good standard or older hotels perhaps with a bit more character but still conforming to a good level standard. Three Star Holidays – Facilities
You can expect a three star hotel room to have good comfortable fixtures and fittings. It is tidy but perhaps smaller than you would find in a four star hotel, particularly if you are staying in a city. All rooms will have a private bathroom, some of them perhaps with just a shower as opposed to a shower and a bath that you might find on a four star holiday. The facilities would include a bar and restaurant and probably a pool although this is less likely if you were in a city. You might also get some other leisure facilities like a small gym and maybe a spa treatment room.
A three star hotel is also likely to be a local family run hotel. Most of the three star hotels in Turkey and Greece are small family run properties. This gives you the opportunity to meet the local people at your hotel and perhaps interact more with them if that is also what you are looking for on your holiday.
