Often the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is at least one other communal bathroom in the villa, but a lot of properties have all the bedrooms with their own private bathroom. Villas generally have very well equipped kitchen with good cooking facilities making preparation of your own meals very easy.

Most villas have enclosed grounds, well-groomed gardens and a private swimming pool. Some villas come with a shared pool. It is possible in some locations such as holidays in Spain, holidays in Portugal and on Turkey holidays to have a villa on a complex where you may have access to other facilities such as children's clubs, mini-market and a bar. Some villas might be located directly on the beach or within a short distance to the beach, others may be in more peaceful rural locations.
