Exceptionally easy flights to Paris
The two national airlines, Air France and British Airways connect London (amongst other UK airports) to Paris. Dozens of flights go every day directly from the UK to Paris, for those too far away to reach the channel ferries. Flights consist of a simple 90 minute journey and plenty of taxis will be waiting in Charles De Gaulle (the most common arrival airport in Paris) to make easy transfers for visitors not on package holidays.
Scratching the surface of Paris' cultural history
Paris' main attribute is it's incredible wealth of culture, said to be unmatched by any other city in Europe. Holidays without trips to art galleries such as the Louvre (which houses Leonardo Da Vinci's Mona Lisa), the great museums and architectural wonders are missing out the major part of Paris' infrastructure. The best way to experience the real Paris is by ignoring the Concierge and following your feet, allowing yourself to wonder freely through the narrow cobbled streets that can be found in the true Paris.
