1. How do I check it is safe to travel to my holiday destination?
If you are worried about safety in a holiday destination please check the Foreign Office website www.fco.gov.uk for the most up to date travel information or feel free to call us on Freephone 0800 652 5986.
2. How do I book a holiday with packyourbags.com?
To book a holiday you will need to search for a holiday using our holiday search tool. Once you have found a holiday you wish to book just follow the online prompts to confirm your booking.
Alternatively you can book with packyourbags.com on the telephone, call us on Freephone 0800 652 5986 and speak to one of our friendly travel consultants.
3. When is the best time to call?
Our Reservations opening hours are 09.00am – 10.00pm Monday to Saturday and 10.00am to 10.00pm on Sundays. Our After Sales opening hours are 09.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
4. I can't find the holiday I want on your site.

5. How accurate are the prices on packyourbags.com?
packyourbags.com endeavours to provide as accurate prices as possible. Many tour operators and suppliers 'lead in' prices exclude taxes, luggage allowance and airport transfers. The lead in price can be based on a specific number of people sharing a room. For this reason you may notice a difference between the initial 'lead in' price and the final price payable. Where there is a difference in price we clearly identify what the differences are in the final price breakdown.

6. What is included in the price and what is it based on?
packyourbags.com offers holidays provided by a wide range of tour operators and suppliers. Unfortunately all of these tour operators and suppliers structure their prices slightly differently. Please complete your holiday search online to find out what is included and what can be added to your booking to enhance your trip. If you are unsure about what is included or available to add on, please do not hesitate to contact us on Freephone 0800 652 5986.
7. Can I book from outside the UK?
Yes you can book your holiday from outside of the UK. packyourbags.com is an international company and looks forward to hearing from you. We do require a copy of the lead passenger’s passport and a utility bill confirming the payees address before we can proceed with your booking. Please contact our reservation consultants on Freephone 0800 652 5986 who will be happy to assist you with making your booking. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide you with holiday insurance if your journey commences outside of the UK.
8. How can I find out about the accommodation?
Details of your chosen accommodation can be found in the More Info section provided during your search. Unfortunately, some tour operators and suppliers do not provide us with information on all their hotels. If this is the case, please call us on Freephone 0800 652 5986 and a Travel Consultant will be able to provide detailed information on the accommodation you are interested in. In some cases tour operators and suppliers will offer reduced prices if you are prepared to travel to a resort without knowing which accommodation you are staying in. In this case, we are unable to help further, although we may be able to identify a selection of possible hotels.
9. How do I pay and what are your credit card charges?
We accept the following credit cards MasterCard, Visa and American Express. (Please note credit card charges apply of 2% of the total cost, 3.5% for American Express). We also accept the following Debit cards; Delta, Electron, Maestro and Solo (No additional charges apply to these cards).
10. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
When you have booked your holiday, you will be given a booking reference number which confirms your booking.
If the confirmation page does not appear after you have pressed the book button, please call us during our opening hours and we will confirm if there has been a problem making the reservation. Please assume your holiday has been booked once you have pressed book, even if the next page did not appear.
11. I have a query about a booking I've already made and confirmed.
The packyourbags.com mission is to provide the highest possible customer satisfaction on the internet. 12. I haven't received my tickets yet.
We will normally send tickets to you approximately ten days before your travel date. If you have not received your tickets within this time, please call the After Sales Department on 01892 779749.
13. How to stop or start receiving the email news service.
You can subscribe to our news letter by using the simple mailing list form on our home page. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, use the unsubscribe feature in the mailing list form, on our homepage.
14. Technical problems with our service.
packyourbags.com is one of the UK's most established online travel services and has been well tested with recent versions of all popular web browsers. However, sometimes things can go wrong. 16. What does packyourbags.com do with my information?
Your personal details are only used by us for the purposes of booking your holiday and communicating offers that we think are appropriate and relevant to you. 22. Deposit Booking.
When you make your booking, you must pay a deposit of the holiday cost. This deposit may vary in price depending on your chosen travel arrangements. In some cases we may offer a ‘Low Deposit’ to confirm your travel arrangements. If you agree to pay a ‘Low Deposit’, you are still liable for the full tour operators deposit should you wish to cancel as per their booking conditions (which may be 100% of the cost of your travel arrangements). If the ‘Low Deposit’ amount does not cover these charges, further monies will be owed by you to the CTT Group Ltd. The balance of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 14 weeks before your departure date. If you wish to cancel your holiday, cancellation charges as per the tour operator’s terms and conditions will apply.
If you confirm your holiday over the telephone with our call centre and wish to confirm your holiday with a ‘Low Deposit’ you will be sent a Low Deposit Agreement
The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 14 weeks before your departure date. If the deposit and/or balance are not paid in time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements.
23. Passport Requirements.
